Problem with drag and drop with Google Chrome

I just installed Windows 10 version 1909 build 18363.628 and when I install the latest version of Stardock Fences, the capability to do a drag and drop to the navigator is disabled. If I uninstall it, the problem dissapears automaticly. Please help me to solve this problem. It's very annoying to don't have this feature. I use that a lot. Thanks.
