Ok I have a weird question about model cars...

Am I the only one who really likes them? I went to eBay to check it out thinking I could get some cars or sell some of mine and I saw that barely any sellers had bids.

The price range didn't seem that bad and allot of the cars I saw there I can never seem to find in a store.

So is it me that really like these small detailed cars by myself??



I guess real cars are better...

I had a collection of Dinky Toys and a complete Matchbox collection (with packaging). When I was 12 or so, I didn't play with them anymore so I gave it away to my old kindergarten. How stupid can one be?

When I was a little kid I made model cars. They were real detailed, I'd put fabric on the seats, thread for spark plug wires, any detail that wasn't on the model I'd add with carved pieces of plastic. It was a gas and I won awards from the local hobby shop. I even put a transistor radio in the base for one of them and flashlight bulbs for headlights with a switch on the dashboard to turn it on. Of course, after completing a new one I'd usually blow up the previous one with cherry bombs...

I have always left everything out, one could not see when building models as a kid.

I always wanted to do that. I think I will when I get the James Bond Aston Martin.

i make 3d cars and on occasion model cars,

theres a hobby shop down the street from where i live so i go there everyonce and while and pick one up, i still think legos are better though
