How is it possible to create a right taskbar like in WindowsMAX windows blind style?

Unless I'm misunderstanding, all you have to do is grab your taskbar and drag it to the right side of the screen. Make sure it is unlocked (right-click an empty area to find out) and then grab it by an empty area and simply drag it.

As for actually skinning it, SkinStudio has sections to put images for horizontal (top and bottom) and vertical (left and right) taskbars.

Thanks Mike, but what I want it's to have both taskbar (bottom and right) contemporary on the screen.
What I have to do for make this?
