Just to understand your problem more, is the issue that it should not be simplified Chinese at all, or that the translations are wrong?

To swap to English delete the associated lng file in the lang folder off the install folder.

The translations seem to be correct, but the simplified Chinese is too ugly to be seen.

I am curious about what you have your machine language set to exactly.

If you go to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10\lang

The ZH-TW does translate to Traditional Chinese:

And the ZH file to Simplified:

Very funny!

I said the problem has come out after updated to Version 1.3, but now you have suspected it is my machine's problem.

Indeed, there is no "Traditional Chinese" inside "Groupy" choosing language (fact check please).

I have been using "English" quite a long time, and this is not the first I made an update, please be understood.

This my mistake, I was posting for Start10 and hit upon the Groupy thread by mistake.

As it is now, Groupy does not have a traditional Chinese translation.  I trust you were able to get it to English with the instructions provided.

You should be able to rename the ZH.LNG file to ZH-CN.LNG and it would have the same effect - defaulting to English.   The problem with how we did this was that we just included ZH.LNG (simplified), which your PC defaulted to without the more explicit ZH-CN.LNG naming.

That said, we would accept a Traditional Chinese translation submitted from any user - you, if you we so motivated and felt capable.   We would be willing to add an Object Desktop subscription to your account, for an extended period, should you consider taking this on and the translation was of a quality would could use (it would be proofed - of course).

The format in the en.lng file, and viewing the others, should provide the guide to how it works.

"English text"="Translated to other language text"

For Traditional Chinese, the finished file name would be ZH-TW.lng.

Private message me if you were interested, Triguys, and thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for your invitation and I do think I am capable of doing it; However, as a Hongkonger nowadays in Hong Kong, I have to fight for glory every day, it is rather difficult doing something to concentrate on other than it. As a result, I am very sorry I cannot accept your offer.

Have a nice day!
