Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Please try purge part of this guide, mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
Just make sure to Reboot after the purge.

As mentioned in my reply to your PM, please post a video capture showing us any error that come up while doing the purge and that the Fences is still not uninstall after you have done the purge.
