No control on primary after switching back with mouse hotkeys

I have tried to setup my secondary mouse buttons (the two on the left side of my mouse that are triggered with my thumb) to take me to and from my second computer. The hotkeys work fine however, when I come back to my primary I can no longer click on anything. If I got back to the secondary then I can still manipulate it but again not the primary when switching back.

Unfortunately none of the troubleshooting portions I saw in that link pertain to my issue. Also, my secondary is still windows 7 and my primary is Windows 10, would this be a known cause of the issue? If so is there a work around.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

The hotkeys work fine however, when I come back to my primary I can no longer click on anything.
End of quote

Are you using a mouse hotkey to get back to the primary or are you just moving the mouse to it?

If you use keyboard hotkeys, do you see the same issue?

Are you certain that both PCs have the EXACT same version of Multiplicity (About Tab)?

Does a purge, and reinstall, on both PCs resolve the issue?

The keyboard hotkeys work fine, it is just the mouse hotkeys. I used the same file to install both of them so the versions should be the same. I will try the uninstalling and reinstalling.
