Window FX Not Working

I purchased the entire software suite. I installed Window FX using Object Desktop. When I go to configure, it's asking for my product ID. I literally Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V and it gives error -205 and says to contact Customer Support, so here I am.

When did you purchase ObjectDesktop as I believe WindowFX is no longer part of the suite starting at some point in December.

That would make sense. I got it just 2-days ago, on the 8th. Looks like "Object Desktop" has not been fully updated yet, because that program is still populating there.
