Groupy not working properly with excel / word

I have grouped excel.exe and word.exe for working with office applications but separate one group for excel files and one group for word files in windows 10.

With Groupy 1.25 I had to wait every time when I opened an office document (excel/word) because the computer was moving the size of the windows of that group (excel or word) diferent times (normally I use maximized windows and it restores to smaller window) and finally showed me another file from the group but not the file I have opened.

I installed Groupy 1.30 hoping this problem was solved and now even it is worse because when I open an excel document for instance it changes the size of excel window as before but moves showing all other tabs from the files maximizing and minimizing taking much more time and finally shows me another file.

Why this happens? because it has no sense and it is not practical to use this utility for a simple case like that.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can't reproduce your issue on my system. My words and Excels group open without issue. 3 excels files in a group in just few seconds. Is it possible for you to post a video capture of this issue here.

And also would suggest to try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest from your account. Reboot after the purge, reinstall and reboot again after that. Retest and report back.
