Multiplicity Issue

Hi Stardock Support.

We have been using Multiplicity 2.02 for over 5 years now and 3 weeks ago we have started having issues activating new installs.  We receive the below error message if we try to activate any new installs.  The activation is via a direct internet connection.  Can you please check and advise on what the issue might be.

If we try to activate via the offline option it seems to work but the functionality to move the mouse to multiple screens doesn't work.

Many Thanks,

Gareth Makin

We did find an issue with an expired cert on one of our servers that could have been the cause of your failed activation attempt.  Please retry activation again, hopefully it will work now.
