I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron Desktop with a 27" monitor.  The larger monitor is great except there is not any default extra space than there was on my 21" monitor because everything is so enlarged.

I would like to be able to have my desktop items be the size they were on the smaller monitor so I can have more space.

Does one of your products offer that kind of thing?

I guess what I am saying is I would like everything that appears on the screen to be roughly 1/3 of the size they are now. 

I know I can make the windows smaller, but the icons in them are still large. And the windows go back to the original size next time I use windows.

What is your Resolution set at 

and what is Scaling set at .

and for icons hold down the CNTL. Key and roll you middle mouse

wheel up or down for icon sizes.

and what do you mean by windows ?  Fences ?

Fences, Windows etc. I want the space the larger monitor gives me but with what is displayed in the same size as it was on the smaller monitor.
