Purchased but now wont start

Hi,

I recently purchased Groupy after using the trial version without any issues. I removed the trial as ran out of time and then reinstalled using the latest download file. When I run the installation everything went fine but when I restrated the PC I noticed the functionality was missing. I see a local service "Stardock Groupy" which is set to automatic but wasnt running. When I try to start it I get the error:

"Windows could not start the Stardock Groupy service on Local Computer. Error 193:0xc1

Any ideas?

The first step I would try is uninstalling, then rebooting and then install groupy again.

That error usually means it cannot find the file which points to an installation issue of some sort.
