Taskbar becomes unusable, keyboard input partially disabled after sleep mode / win10

After my PC goes to low-power state, the taskbar becomes unusable and keyboard only registers ctrl-alt-del and allows alt-tab. This means Windows Start button and all taskbar icons are inaccessible until a reboot. I am using the Dark Mode by Vad_M. The problem only arose after the 11-29-2019 update. Is there a known bug?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge an reinstall . Here the steps on purge and reinstall : https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling.

Just to make sure, re-download latest Windowblinds from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall Windowblinds. Reboot again after the installation. Retest to see if the problem still there and report back here.
