unable to activate ObjectDock (Solved)

Hi,

Some time ago I purchased an objectDock license. However, im now unable to activate it.

My order number is: 4362834

Im getting the following error: "Email address is not valid for the product code"

However, im pasting the email and product code from my invoice, so it seems like kind of an error.

I tried contacting [email protected], as advised in the invoice, but im getting only automated responses, not helpful at all.

Its possible to get help from these forums?
