Groupy is not working after last windows 7 update

It looks like it stopped working after the last update. Win update KB4523206 and KB4525235. Bar over opened windows no longer shows even restarting service dont help. I this some .net libs problems ?

Thanks for the solution, it helped. Tabs bar now handle explorer window properly
