Too many skin downloads?

I renewed (i.e. upgraded) my Wincustomize accountrecently, but still have the same problem. If Windows Blinds has a new skin I like (eg a free one) I download it. But when I double click the WBA file (in File Explorer) nothing happens. Up to the summer all worked well and the skin would be installed. Somewhere in the last few weeks there was a one-time warning about the max. amount of skin downloads (historically) had taken place (since I joined Windows Blinds some years back). Is that why the new wba's are not loading and giving a skin? I have a 64 bit machine (PC) and Windows 10. Help!

If you were able to DL the skin, there is nothing here that would stop you from applying it - no 'limit'.

If you do this, and nav to the .wba location, does that work?

yes, from the WB style page it works if Iclick on the skin icon (Memorial is now loaded). Tks.
