The CPU utilization is jumped up to 95 % until I will kill the process from the task manager. 

Please let me know how to overcome this issue. 

I'm running the latest version and the product is paid.

No, it is a gui console.

You can review it here.

There will be a need for real environment to test it. The smartconsole is not public acceptable to download.
