Fences 3.0.9.11 Activation - Email address is not valid for the product key

Commercial use. Removed the license from the old computer. Unable to activate on the new computer

Software purchaser on our team used one of two email addresses tied to the end user.

Unable to activate on the new computer using either address.

Does Stardock keep tract of the emails used for the activation?
