Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for windows version numbers.

2) Windowblinds version.

3) Please try rebooting/restart Windows

It looks like you may be using a much older version of WB not intended for the version of Windows you are using.
