Secondary Computer asks for activation

I've got a Multiplicity license and everything works great with my multiple computers except for one. That computer after installing the software and saying it will be a secondary immediately pops up a message saying it needs to be activated.  When I go in the about box of any of the other secondaries there is no "Change License" button. On this secondary it shows a "Change LIcense..." button.  The only thing that I noticed that seems to possibly related is that this machine had steam on it and I've seen the steam application pop up after the install. I've never installed Multiplicity via steam.

What can I do here?  (I also tried a complete uninstall including the wipe .bat and no luck)

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

On that Secondary, do the purge again:

Also make sure to uninstall it from Steam after.

Reboot (important) and reinstall the version from your account page:

It seems to be fixed now. For anyone else with this problem this is what I did.

1) Uninstalled Steam - Rebooted

2) Uninstalled Multiplicity - Rebooted

3) Ran the purge batch file as Admin - Rebooted

4) Installed my product as a secondary

When it asked if I was a primary or secondary another window popped up telling me my product had expired. This time I simply closed that box.

After all this the "Change License..." button was now gone from the about box.
