Multiplicity issues

Multiplicity on my main computer a long time as PRI not sec., The services is running bur the two icon's in my systray are gray., I just stop working only in PRI mode., but in sec mode it works just fine.. I did all the troubleshooting., I re-installed, nope.. I even use used PROMON to see what it's doing at start-up. I think it's a certificate problem somewhere. When I move my PRI lic to another computer it work's

It's fixed., by changing the passcode on both computer., putting them both in private firewall mode ., not public. I am not sure how that happens. It re-issued new certificates by changing the passcode., how long does the certificate last before it expires
