Newbie requires help

Hi all, i'm a total newbie and have just downloaded WindowBlinds, and the Transilvania wba file. However when i load the skin, the background image is not displayed, and neither are the dials, including the 'mail' and 'trash'. What am i doing wrong, i am using Win 2K, please help!?

You need more programs, Windowblinds doesn't do all that, Look in the transylvania description and you will see links to the other stuff
