Doesn't recognize I have pro version

When I try to attach a third computer an error pops up stating that Multiplicity Pro only allows 2 computers to be connected and gives a button to upload to Multiplicity Pro. I have a pro license and in the about it states pro and i have the latest version.

Sound like it might be a bad install ,

Would you Please do this PURGE: https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#reinstalling

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account Reboot and test .

Report back here results please .

The Purge link takes you to the download for the Purge .bat file

download that and run it to do the Purge .

but you say the connection was reset , so it's workng ?
