Need my activation reset

Posting here because emailing support responded with an email indicating they wouldn't help using that avenue.
 
I have an old version of multiplicity (3.01) that I'd like to use with a pair of computers. I was previously using it with another pair of computers, but haven't used it in a while. When I try to run it on this current computer the software complains:

I no longer have access to the old computer(s), is there some way I can get the license released for use on my current computer?
