I'm unable to transfer the Mechanic (available to cybernetic civilizations) to a planet. Am I doing something wrong or is there something about the mechanic that must be unlocked before they can be transferred?
never used them but as fas as I know they give you bonuse to ship movement and stay in global pool. They don't act same way as workers/eng
They are strictly empire wide employees. You can't send them to planets.
