Black Screen when remote computer has it'S screen turned off

Hi,

I use Multiplicity to remote control my media center in the living room. The KVM is working great as long as my TV is on. Then I can connect, see the screen on my laptop screen and control everything perfectly.

When the TV is turned off (and the computer with Win 10 on the TV is on), all I get is a black screen, and impossible to see or control anything.

When I use TeamViewer it works fine, so I'm wondering, what can I do to make Multiply work in those cases?
