The Offine Activation Option is invailed for Groupy

This morning I try to install and activate the Fences 3 and Groupy on my working VM, for security issue its offline from the internet. Unsurprisingly, I failed to activate that 2 software, but I saw there was an offline activation option for each.

Then I generated the request files, 'fences.req' and 'groupy.req' respectively. Then I followed the instruction of 2 software, both of them lead to the link activate.stardock.com, where only the Fences 3's activating windows showed up.

I submitted that 2 files one-by-one. A 'fences.resp' file is successfully generated while an error showed up when I submitting 'groupy.req', and I quote The product does not exist or is invalid. (1004).

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

You are using the wrong key for groupy (you are using the Fences one).  To get the correct one:
