I need HELP with ".obpack"

After i downloaded the ObjectBar extension file, it appears to be an "unknown application" and I have no idea of how do I change my object bar or the taskbar?

You need to download the ObjectBar program from here... https://www.stardock.com/products/objectbar
After installing, just double-click on the .obpack and it will install.
