Visual Code Studio & TortoiseSVN won't open with Groupy turned on.

Hi Groupy team,

I'm having troubles with Microsoft Visual Code Studio and TortoiseSVN "Repo Browser".

The programs open and I can see the thumbnail previews in the windows task bar but if I click the app, it will not display on the monitor. 

I placed Visual Code Studio in the exclusion list but it doesn't seem to be sticking, I still cannot open this application tile once it's been clicked.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

As you can see here, I can open VS Code without issue:

If you turn Groupy 'Off', do they open then?
