Cannot activate Start10 on my Macbook Pro

Error code: -212

Hello,

Two days ago I installed Start10 on Windows 10 (latest release) running on my Macbook Pro mid 2015. After  installation, I entered my license key and my e-mail address, but got error code -212. 

To get around the problem in the mean time, I tried the 30-day trial period, but this resulted in the same error message.

I had been using a previous version of Start10, but because there was a problem with the option "Pin to.." for example Excel- and Word-files, I decided to install the latest version, after which the s**t began. It would not accept my previous purchased license key, so I decided to get a new one, with the explained result.
