When i'm using my huion graphics tablet, nothing happens:

 

 

Everything works normal using the mouse.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I have Huion tablet and I can group and ungroup Groupy tabs without issue. What is the actual problem you are facing. And need to know more.

1) Windows version you are using. Use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Groupy version.

I'm using w10 1903 (18362.239)

Groupy version 1.21

 

 In groupy i can move the window, but if i try to hover the tabs to change active window, don't happen anything..

Not too sure why you have problem on yours. But on mine, I can change active tabs by touching the nip onto the tablet for which ever grouped tabs I want to make active. Maybe you could provide us with a video capture on the issue and post it here so we could see the problem.

And check the settings for Groupy specially in the area below.

Sorry if i dont was clear in the problem... but, groupy is working fine with the mouse... the only problem is the i cant change the grouped windows. When i put the pen over the tabs, it not shows that hover like the mouse, and when i click with the pen, nothing happens.

That is strange, but no problem on my end. I think there some issue on your tablet side. Since your mouse work as normal so it not really Groupy issue. Please check if your pen/tablet drive have compatibility issue with Groupy. I am using those cheap Huion Inspiroy H640P and have no issue with it.
