Mouse scroll wheel is not working

Hello folks,

I use multiplicity on one computer and one laptop. Computer (Primary) is with Windows 7 32-bit and Laptop (Secondary) is Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. I use ROCCAT Tyon mouse and before few days ago i upgrade my Laptop from Windows 8.1 64-bit to 10 Pro 64-bit. Problem is this now i play TERA on laptop and when i login into the game my scroll on the mouse is not working before when my laptop was on Win 8.1 is working, but not now. I check all firewalls setups and they are identical with suggested one, but i am using and AVG, so check there too which was suppose to work. On both machines my mouse driver is installed. And to be sure there is problem i try my scroll on different game and there was working, every where on my secondary machine my mouse is working - web, apps and etc., only on TERA is not working!

Is this app specific - that it only happens on the Secondary with that game - scroll works with everything else? Does it work if you plug the mouse directly into the Secondary?

You should ensure that the mouse software is installed on each PC - if it needs to detect the mouse for that to work, plug it in to the Secondary to do so.

So, you mean is possible to be from the game, because driver for mouse is installed on Primary and Secondary. Strange before that never want that just it was working from himself. Also yes it was working on everything else and yes is specific problem only for the game, but i am worry that is going to become on everything if continue making strange setups.

Sinces it is only happening with that game, it is logical to look at is solely for the time being.

Also, if you plug the mouse directly into the Secondary, where the game actually is (yes?), does it work then?

When i put my mouse in the laptop (my secondary) the game detecting the mouse as a controller or gamepad.

What will say reinstalling my drivers and my multiplicity on secondary will fix the problem or will be the same?

Ok, when you use it in the game with the mouse plugged directly into the Secondary, does it work as expected or do you get the same issue as when it is plugged into the Primary?

I was thinking that is possible to be from my firewall, but i am using AVG Internet Security and i disable AVG and still have that problem. Did i mention that i use wifi connection?

If there are special drivers for the mouse, MP cannot replicate that across PCs (although I have never seen the need to).  Perhaps try having any other mouse plugged into the Secondary when trying with the one you want from the Primary.
