unable to read buttons and taskbar clock

I Can't see the button text or the system clock. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you have issues. Would like to know if you are using Windowblinds? If so, may I know what theme you have on. And if you on Windows 10 v1903, need to know if you set your Windows 10 theme to light or dark?
