Purchased ODM but no other products show up in ODM or on my website profile

I just purchased ODM, which as far as I can tell comes with several products. I bought it specifically for Groupy. I installed ODM, and activated it. But nothing shows up in the ODM list of software to install. It's empty.

So I tried downloading Group and installing it by itself. It asks for a product key (which I was not given) or for me to log in with my Stardock account. I tried to use the ODM key, but that didn't work. I tried logging in with my Stardock account, but that shows no software registered to me.

Help?

At times, specially if you purchase using paypal, that software will be link to your paypal account email. You should than merge that email into your current account using this link : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#mergeaccounts
