Primary PC Disconnected

Since Purchase

Hi folks,

Loved the product during 30 day trial, and have no become dependent on it.

So am very very annoyed now.

30 day trial ended, purchased product and now it won't work. 

Multiplicity disconnected on Primary PC and can't reconnect it.  Have been trying things for hours.

Submitted a ticket - WPD-752-52374

 

Any suggestions appreciated

I have been through that page of support and faq

I'm not a programmer so some of it is hard to follow

 

I'm quite angry to be honest, no trouble at all through the 30 day trial, pay to continue, and now it won't work at all

 

When i go into the settings of my secondary laptop and click on the green tick, i get the message "Failed - Multiplicity was able to connect to the computer, but your encryption key setting is incorrect.  The key must be the same."

 

I haven't changed anything, and they do match.  I haven't touched encryption key settings, as I haven't a clue what they are.

 

Multiplicity Disconnected !

I am sorry, I am not Multiplicity user, so I can't help much. But, I have forwarded your problem to Stardock Support team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.
