Virtual Desktop Windows 10

Does anyone know of a Stardock app that would help me manage my Virtual Desktops in Windows 10? Example I currently have 5 Desktops and windows calls them Desktop 1, Desktop 2, Desktop 3.... I would like to name them something else.
