Double click to roll-up fence doesn't work right, Windows 10

Only if fences are unlocked can I double click them to roll them up or down. If locked, I can only roll them up using ah a menus selection.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

1) Windows 10 version installed. Use winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Fences version installed.

Unless I misunderstood what you're saying, I think that should be its normal behavior. If it was not rolled up before you have the fences lock. It won't roll up when you double click it. But If it was already in rolled up state when you lock it. It will always roll up and down upon mouse over the fence.
