Purchased but does not appear

I recently purchased Object Desktop but have received no emails saying I did and when I login to my account it does not show the purchase in the history and it says I am not subscribed in the actual application. How do I enter the serial number I received on the web page when I purchased the software (good thing I remembered to save the key)? Or how many hours does it take for the purchase to go through the system?

ObjectDesktop is a suite of apps. Not just one.  If your apps aren't in your Downloads page at Stardock, then try downloading ObjectDesktopManager, use your serial/login there to get your apps.

 

Well, if you have the serial, just install the product, it will ask for serial. Put it in and you're good.

If by chance it doesn't ask for the serial, open the product, go to "about", choose activate. Put in serial.

Hmm I bought the object desktop bundle using the coupon code it provided, says I was eligible as I had Fences 2.0 so rather than just upgrading to 3 I bought the full bundle for a little more. So confused right now, figure Ill just give it several hours for my account to update or something at the moment.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It is very likely that you purchased it under a different email as it is not under the email that is associated with muaddib912.  Private Message me any other email addresses you use and Ill merge the accounts.
