I can not purchase product key with Visa card

I tried to purchase product with Visa card. I filled in all the necessary item and tried multile times. But after filling everything press purchase order. Then once "processing" is displayed but processing dose not finish.

Please check how to get though.

Due to company security policy I can not use Incognito mode.

Is there other solutions?
