Cannot Checkout with Visa card purchase

Hi,

I am from Sydney Australia and this morning I tried to purchase the product key for Fence 3 using a VISA credit card.

 

But there is no response after I pressed the CHECK OUT button. I tried multiple times and still no response. I tried a different VISA card and still no response.

 

I have no idea if the payment went through or not but it is certain that I did not receive any notification email saying that the purchase was successful.

 

Please let me know if your credit card payment system is down and if so when can I make the purchase again? By the way my trial version expires today so it would be good if I can finalize the purchase today.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Did you try a different browser (Chrome, FireFox, Edge, etc)?

I tried Chrome and the default IE of Windows 7. After filling out my order when I press the green button to confirm my purchase there is no response. I waited a few minutes and pretty sure there is no response. It is quite frustrated.

Also, are you logged into the store with your account when attempting to place your order?  If not please try logging in to see if that makes a difference.  And as suggested above, please try a Chrome incognito window.

The first time I did not set up any account and used the Windows 7 default IE to make the purchase, no response;

The second time I used Chrome but still no response;

The third time I used Chrome with another card, still no response;

The fourth time, I set up an account, used Chrome, and still no response;

I checked my credit card statement yesterday and today and it seems that none of the above went through, but I will keep monitoring my credit card statement just in case any 'unusual' payments show up.

And never mind the issue as I had switched to another similar product, which is not as good as Fence but gets the job done without having so much hassle owning it.
