I have uninstalled Fences v3 and reinstalled to try and fix this issue. If Fences is installed then Windows explorer hangs for about 2 minutes when I open my laptop lid. When I uninstalled Fences this no longer became a problem. Is there a fix for this?

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version form your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

So far the .bat program you provided worked and Windows Explorer in Windows 10 no longer has those issues. Thanks!
