I just download the trial fences with no problem. Would suggest a different browser or try incognite mode if you are using Chrome.

I am trying to download the 30 day Fences software.  It keeps on coming up with a request for a product key for which none has been sent me.  I sent an e-mail asking for help and I have had no response.

With regards your question above from another thread. There was no asking for keys if you download the trial software. At least that what I get when I download just now.

Did you try other browsers as basj asked above ?

Shut down any virus program or Ad Blockers before downloading ?

are you running in Administrator account ?

is this a personal PC , not a corporate PC ?

I have installed the most up to date Chrome, and it will still not download.  Is there another way to download the free trial version?

You can try Firefox, Edge, Opera, Vivaldi, Brave or any other Browser.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Maybe the Server is down for a bit for that download

maybe try a little later might then work ?
