Groupy Enter Product Key button not working

from Stardock Forums

I have a license for Stardock software---registered to me.  I am trying to install Groupy.  When I click on the Enter Product Key button, nothing happens. 

If I click on Purchase Key or Start 30-day Trial--- a new window opens. 

 

I downloaded it from my Account and even tried with the free version.  

 

 

Any advice?

and there is offline activation just in case the normal one don't work. Please let us know if you still need our assistance.
