Help please

I have a question I hope you can help with. I bought the object desktop the full package and now I want to be able to change DeskScapes wallpappers and some of the other things that are in Object desktop. But WinCustomize says I have reached the limit of downloading.
My question is that when you buy Object Desktop and it is referred to WinCustomizer to get the things and you can't get them without you having to pay again to sucripe when you once bought Object Desktop from Stardock

From what I understand, a subscription to WinCustomize is separate.  

Take a look at the resources page that tells about the WinCustomize subscription and different levels such as yourself, which is a "current customer".
