I am a consumer and use this "enterprise" software as part of a Dual PC setup. The software continuously stops working every 20-40 minutes and I have to switch from Receive, to Send and back to Receive to get it to work again.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
Please try to uninstall / re-install.
Also, if either are on a wireless connection, please try Ethernet.
