I can't register - buttons don't work

I just purchased WindowBlinds and I can't activate the trial or register the software. When launching the software, it provides me three buttons:

"Enter Product Key"

"Purchase Product Key"

"Start 30 Day Trial"

The buttons do nothing at all when I click them.

 

I really still just want WindowBlinds 4 enhanced. Can someone please send it to me? I will send a reward via paypal.

there are some alternate method for activation. Try it and let us know if you still need our assistance.

I can't use the alternate method because I can't even get into the window. All the options including the X button do not work. It looks to me like this window is made from some type of web browser and I think it is malfunctioning. It looks like it just won't work. Do you have any other ideas? If I can't make it work, can I get a refund? I literally can't get the software to do anything because I can't register or even close the window. I have to end it with task manager.

Please try the purge and reinstall steps as follow https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall the WB. Reboot again and retest. Report back here.
