Cant get stardock desktop with icons to stay. The desktop defaults back to plain windows 10 desktop with tiles.
Everything was fine for 3 days .. then today this happens.

But I'm not clear what your issue is ?
Is it Stardock app Tiles or Fences .

turns out it was a windows 1809-04 upgrade problem. I uninstalled the upgrade and then reinstalled.
