Black Screen when selecting downloaded animated background

I have 2 displays one 1080p and one 4K

This is a problem on my new computer but with the same displays:

- Switching to non animated background doesn't give me a problem on both displays.

- Switching to an animated background (downloaded) gives me a black screen on both displays.

- When i use the basic animated background Vintage_dream everything works perfectly on both displays.

When i was using my old computer there was no problem on V8 with the same setup.

I recently upgraded Deskscapes V8 to V10, both versions have to same problem on my new Windows 10 computer.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

I would like to try a couple things .

First would you go to your Deskscapes settings and make a change to Direct Show .

Then Reboot and Test and report back here please.
