what's wrong with my purchase

I have tried a lot to complete my purchase ordeor in the cart and failed always. Each result was the same as "Captcha is incorrect, please try again. ", but the information that I input was checked no error. Please tell me what's wrong.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Can you try another browser and see if that works for you.

If you have an AD Blocker running shut it down .

If using Chrome can you try switching to " incognito "
