Can't!

Guys, support, I simply just can't run the new DS 10.  My main monitor blurs every time I change a WB skin  primary screen only, the other 2 stay fine.   If I'm not running a Dream, all 3 screens go black when loading a WB.  None of this happened before going to the DS beta 3, then the relese.

 

Honestly, I dunno if it's DS or WB.

They showed up on my old hard drive. Since my old drive failed, I replaced it with a new hard drive and had to reinstall Win 7 Ultimate x64. Also had to reinstall all programs I had used on the old drive.

Thumbnails showed on my old drive. Small, large etc.

 I was able to reproduce what you did , as you can see my previews work just fine ,

When you loaded your folder did you click No on sub folders .

Also try changing settings to Direct Show and Max Like my screenshots below 

DO NOT CLICK ON DISABLE DESKSCAPES

IN SETTINGS MUST BE ENABLED.

If you get no preview on video files it usually means you lack video decoders for those files.

Does explorer show a preview image if you go to that folder?

Ok, guys. I'm having issues again with some dreams, like Hexican Wave, for example, loads, then locks up in 10 seconds or so. It seems if it's not black screens, it's locked up dreams, or just plain not loading.

I have done everything suggested. How many times must I uninstall, purge, and reinstall? My count is at least 6.

Please help. I'm running Win 7 Ultimate. The videos I'm using are mp4. Worked in the betas but not now.

Yes, several times. like I said at I have done EVERYTHING suggested at the very least 6 times, frankly I've lost count. This is with a brand new hard drive that I replaced 3 weeks ago.

Have been a member since 2001, so I am familiar with all the programs I have been using for that length of time except for now with DS 10.

make sure your AV software is shut down before installing .

Great. Now I'll have to wait until Stardock's Vacation is over. I'll go back to beta 1 where dreams did work. Videos, mp4. did work also.

Yes, Image is shown in explorer folder when in thumbnail mode. I have Klite codecs full pack installed. I reinstalled Beta 1 as I said, preview is still not shown but Dreams show and work. Just videos don't show in DS.
