Discount Code & Purchases

Hi, I sent a message through your website ("Contact Us") a few days ago but have not received a reply. I posted a message to Facebook and received a reply to post here.  I want to purchase two items and use a discount code (per completion of a survey) but it does not recognise the code which I don't recall because that information was in the form I used to contact Stardock.

I would appreciate someone to contact me so I can complete my purchases. Thank you!

Is it possible to receive the discount code as I don't have it anymore (was sent with the reply to Stardock).  There was not an explanation that it is not valid for any Ashampoo products...?
